Does Any1 know I-95 Rest Area in Maryland-Delaware that Famous Stop for Many Buses & Also for Protest Rally?

There are three rest stops on that stretch of I-95:

Delaware House Rest Stop in Delaware (nearly re-built)

Chesapeake House Rest Stop in Northern Maryland, in Cecil County.

Maryland House Rest Stop further south in Maryland (the oldest of the three)--I understand it is going to be re-built over the next three years. It's located in Harford County.

I've never heard that any of them were used for protest rallies, although I guess it's possible. All three are large and have lots of buses pull in.

Friday morning and evening, we were on van enroute to/from Occupy NRC Headquarters in White Flint, Maryland.

During the trip between Maryland and Delaware, some one told us about Rest Stop area that are popular Rest Stops for many buses and also for Protest Rallys.

Does anyone know this...

Delaware House Rest Stop

I have been to protest rallies in DC where the bus has stopped at one of the outer stations on the Metro in suburban Maryland. They drop us off and we take the train into Washington.

But I'm not sure about rest areas.
