Can't c-u-m during sex. Have damaged disk in spine causing ED and sciatic pain.?
Any tips on increasing sperm production, or abilities in people with spinal cord injuries would be very welcome.
I was in a car wreck at the end of 2008. I have since had several sexual relationships, but I have to always take a pill in order to keep it up. I am super turned on by my girlfriend to the point that her amazing oral skills can get me up even if I cant stay up form them alone. First time we had sex it was for 5 hours and awesome, but I never could ejaculate. She is desperate to taste my sperm and I am desperate to share myself with her.

I'm glad to hear that, in spite of your damaged disk, you're still able to have and enjoy sexual relations. Many guys who have had spinal injuries face challenges in their sexual relations. That comes with the nature of the damage. You do what you can and enjoy sex as you are able to. Don't be afraid to adapt the way you have sex if you need to in order to have more satisfaction from it. You're not alone. Many guys who DON'T have any physical problems aren't able to ejaculate during oral sex. If you are able to, perhaps you can help bring yourself over the final hurdle with manual stimulation using your hands (or hers). As for 5 hours of sex, that's very long. Most people are happier when the sex lasts around half an hour. While I'm impressed with hers and your endurance, I'm not sure that sex should be done like a marathon. Cheers!

Okay... It sounds like you have many underlying problems in your spine. Your description is very brief and so I can only make assumptions and guesses. I can suggest a few things to you. Firstly, get an ice pack (a bag of peas should do just nicely), wrap it in a thin cloth and put it on the area for 10 minutes. Take it off for 20, put on for 10, take of for 20, etc. This should ease the area. If you have any 'Biofreeze'. It's great stuff. It's a kind of 'cold heat' gel which is herb-based. The next step, is to see someone about it. As you wanted a natural remedy, I would suggest a chiropractor (McTimony/Gonstead/Diversified), or even see an osteopath. Which ever you feel more comfortable. If you opt for a chiropractor, look in the yellow pages, and try and find a 'wellness' chiropractor... they can treat you for this, as well as a prevention for a relapse of the same condition. On the long term, I would suggest using a Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate combination capsule, and also Evening primrose oil. They help lubricate the joints, help the spinal discs and also work as a natural anti-inflammatory. They can be bought at Holland and Barrets, GNC, etc... Good luck with it.

5 hoyrs? You'd make me pass out from exhaustion. I have the same problem with a bad back and can get it up easier if she or he sucks and sometimes I can come but not always. I'm thinking of getting the surgical implanted pump to be certain of keeping it hard. Maybe your Dr. can suggest something. I've heard there are other muscles you can use but I don't know how that could be. Maybe you can contact a hospital where they specialize in spinal injuries like yours/ 5 hours! I wish.
