I recently owned a male Beagle pup who is hyper active chew anything he come across?

though he is now the darling of family members but annoyed for his untrained POO habits. How to correct his chewing and Pooing habits. We have provided him many toys but everytime he needs a new.

    The beagle is not hyper. He's a hunting breed who isn't getting enough exercise. Human fault, not dog fault.

    As for any other habits, like housebreaking...Train him. It's YOUR job to train the dog. Dogs don't come trained.

    Providing a dog with toys is not a substitute for providing him with exercise. Get a leash on that dang dog and get him out for long walks and even jogs.

    You can get a spray that taste just like a sour lemon. It usually helps. In the meantime get some fresh from the store and squeeze out the juice and put it in a spray bottle after you strain it. the bitter taste is usually all the pup needs to deter it from chewing.

    If you can stop it in the beginning you are way ahead of the problem

    He needs training and probably a lot more exercise, both mental and physical than he's getting.
