Why does my friend go after any man who shows interest in her?

She's probably incredibly insecure with herself and needs the affection of a man for self-assurance. It's why a lot of teenage girls sleep around a lot now-a-days. Because it makes her feel good to know that someone else likes her or wants to be with her and she craves that attention. Everyone is like that at least a little bit, I consider myself pretty secure but even I blush when a cutie flirts with me and I'm married too. But to the extent that you're talking about, It's very unhealthy, and she should seek counseling to work on herself before her marriage completely falls apart under her own hands.

Sounds like she is using you as an icebreaker to get other guys , giver her a reality check by telling her bf... a real friend would not compete but rejoice for you , I wouldn't fell one bit guilty for her losses and stupidity. Everyone deserves a couple chances , but one day you are going to realize that she has had too many chances , that's when you drop her easy, Just fade. Also I wouldn't go looking for a bf with her along, sounds detrimental and you will get a rep you don't want.

I am assuming you still like her if you're this concerned about a married woman? (I don't know, it just seems that way) but some people are just like that. It's really her business though. I would think she simply likes attention and social interaction.
