NO the "closeness isnt so much an issue" Under 120/Under 80 is Normal so 113 is Great, However 94 is HIGH, and needs to be addressed Because Its high enough to cause LONG term problems YOu should discuss this with a physician since we dont know your gender and age and general health condition.... if your using a machine to measure this yourself or ? if you use drugs legal or otherwise and what types of crappy habits you have (energy drinks Sugary drinks etc ...) all come into play...

This is directly from Wikipedia:
Low (Narrow) Pulse Pressure
A pulse pressure is considered abnormally low if it is less than 25% of the systolic value. The most common cause of a low (narrow) pulse pressure is a drop in left ventricular stroke volume. In trauma a low or narrow pulse pressure suggests significant blood loss (insufficient preload leading to reduced cardiac output).[4]
If the pulse pressure is extremely low, i.e. 25 mmHg or less, the cause may be low stroke volume, as in Congestive Heart Failure and/or shock.
A narrow pulse pressure is also caused by aortic valve stenosis and cardiac tamponade.
I also read that it is very dangerous for a person with a congestive heart failure but I am not aware of it being dangerous for others. I have a low pulse pressure very often. I am just taking note of the fact that during my worst episodes of sickness, my pulse pressure is low. Then it goes back up to 25% difference when I'm well. My bp runs low as I have dysautonomia and Ehlers Danlos syndrome that seems to be from a mitochondrial disorder. I've been having these episodes for years and it has not yet killed me. Sometimes it honestly feels like I will die. I hold very very still and it helps. Getting too cold or too hot makes it worse for me as well as anything that affects the autonomic nervous system like odors or needing to hydrate or if my sugar gets low. But sometimes everything is ok and I crash anyway. Magnesium helps some too.

You have got diastolic hypertension. Isolated diastolic hypertension is defined as a systolic pressure that is below 140 mm Hg with a diastolic pressure that is above 90. Your pulse rate is also high normal.
Consult your doctor or a cardiologist.

No it's not. As long as both diastolic and systolic are in their normal levels respectively. According to JNC 7, and comparing the blood pressure that you have right now, you might be a little hypertensive stage 1.

Definitely diastolic because a high one means that your heart is not resting, which may cause a stroke etc.
