What are the best money changers in Singapore in 2012?

    Agree, usually best are at Arcade or people s park.

    I recently downloaded a free app called GET4X and now i use it to compare the best moneychanger in singapore. Also have a website.

    Mustafa still a good place to change money, but dont know if its better than Arcade or China town.

    I know this App! Just downloaded it few days ago. I used it couple of times and Arcade has sometimes the best rates.

    I think places like Arcade and China Town still propose the best exchange rates, but it depends which currency you are looking for.

    I always go to Golden Mile at Beach Road where many Tour Operators are located.
