Wireless Access Point and Uninterruptable Power Supply?

Is it possible for wireless access point's signals got interfered by uninterruptable power supply (UPS) when it placed next to each other?

    The biggest source of "interference" would be the metal case, and transformers inside the UPS being so close to a wifi antenna. That could block or distort the signal.

    As far as RF interference, not as likely, since a UPS is dormant most the time (just charging the battery). Once a UPS runs, its switching power supply may produce some RF interference, but that is usually much lower in frequency than wifi signals.

    Otherwise, I'd say no, a UPS should not interfere with a wifi signal.

    yes its possible as UPS is surrounded by its own electric and magnetic field so it can interrupt the WiFi signals.
