    It is on the East Side of the River-that is for sure. Killingsworth is too far North and Not so safe.

    28th Avenue from Burnside down to Division or Clinton. Close in if you need to go downtown

    Portland Heights: The views are phenomenal. It is close in to the downtown area. Services are superior. Crime rate in the lowest in the area.
