how to comment to an answer to a question i posted?

Actually you don’t, Yahoo is not a chat room. The only exception is that you can add additional details to your question as long as it is pertaining to the question. Go to the question and click the pencil icon under the question, click Add Details.

After choosing Best Answer you could post a brief comment but be careful, posting a negative response about an answer/user would be considered a violation against the Community Guidelines.

You don't directly. YA is not a chat room or Facebook. You have two options:

1. E-mail or IM the user through their profile.

2. Wait until you pick the BA and add comments for each user. Probably only the Best Answer will see it since they only get a notification.

The ONLY exception is that you can add additional details to your question for clarification of the question. Do not call users by name doing this or it will be deemed chat.

You can add an additional comment at anytime. However there is a comment available but only after you have selected it as best answer or it has been voted best answer.

well to add additional details, you have to be on desktop mode, if your on mobile you can't... on your phone scroll to the bottom and click on desktop, then you will see a bunch of other options that you didn't see on mobile. likecommenting on questions you already posted answers on
