Send the multiple choice part of the score and either include a note, if you are sending the scores yourself, or send the note separately, if you must ask the ACT folk to forward your scores, explaining that the written portion of the exam is not yet graded and that you will forward the score as soon as it is available. Tell, as you did in your question, when you took the test and when you expect the score to be available. If you are writing separate letters, address them to the admissions department, and be sure each letter says on the top of it "RE: Application of (your name)" By approaching the task this way, you will meet deadlines and can still assure the admissions departments that you are doing your best to get them all the information they need. Your next course of action, having finished the above, is to relax. Admissions committees deal with this type of thing all the time, and you do not need to worry that your whole life will be ruined simply because test scores took longer than you thought they would. As long as the committee knows that you've done your best, everything will be fine.
