Of course.
Bush SQUANDERED huge piles of money and potential revenue -- to enrich extremely rich people, and commit mass murder of millions of innocent people.
That was irresponsible.
The fact that when Obama took office, we still had two active wars, AND a massive financial crisis forced him to have higher priorities than the debt -- though he has cut a lot of spending, and saved a lot of money.
We'd be less in debt if the Republicans didn't keep insisting that the people who have most of everyone's money shouldn't pay taxes.
I guess you were off-planet from July 3, 2008 to now, since you seem oblivious to what's been going on in the world.

Bush didn't even include his wars in the budget and funded them on a decade long "emergency funding" basis. He didn't include the Medicare Advantage program either and included NO funding for it. He was the most irresponsible buffoon to ever occupy the White House.
After doing all that, when Obama puts those on the budget where they always should have been, the gop blames him for all of it. Wow, what a bunch of economic and moral lamebrains the right wing has proved to be.
