chicken,potato and curry sandwich?

How did my Indian friend make them creamy? is there egg?

    No eggs, creamy dressing is a mixture of yogurt, oil and spices.

    just let the potato simmer and the starch from the potato will thicken it up or you can add corn starch or flour don't add eggs
