how do I change my display pic on yahoo answers?
I clicked the link to go to my profile in the top left corner of the screen and it brings up a page where I'm supposed to be able to change my display name, location and avatar... however, when I click on "change picture," the page stays the same (the address in the top bar changes from http://profile.yahoo.com/ULQCH4XKHHLVMF3A4PJBIBDXX... to http://profile.yahoo.com/ULQCH4XKHHLVMF3A4PJBIBDXX... but the page itself doesn't change).
is it broken or something? I was able to select a display pic once before (obviously :P) but now I can't seem to change it. I tried a few days ago and again just now, but no luck. I really want to update my pic but not badly enough to start a new account - I've worked hard to get (and maintain) my "top contributor" tag, lol.
the problem is that when I click to change my picture, the "upload" option doesn't appear ><
oh, and I've tried logging out and back in, that didn't help either
I've also tried deleting the cookies for profile.yahoo.com
now I've tried logging out, deleting ALL cookies that came up when I typed in "yahoo" in the search box and logging back in. again, no luck. I also disabled my addons and the built-in popup blocker for firefox. if it helps, I'm using version 3.6.17 which is way out of date but I hated the newer versions of firefox so I quit upgrading. I was able to set the pic to begin with while using this version of FF, though, so that shouldn't be the problem.

Go to view my Yahoo profile, click edit then click change picture. It will tell you to upload a pic from your computer and what size it should be. Just follow the instructions. Make sure your pulse is not set to private as that stops it from appearing, If this fails then it is due to the glitch many users have noticed. Yahoo are aware of it and are supposed to be sorting it.

Go to your profile
Click your picture
Click upload
Select Picture and click open
If this doesnt work try signing in first then following the steps again
EDIT:
Try using a different web browser
