Need information about 21 days visa and extension for the Philippines.?

I will be arriving at 11:30 at night November 28, 212 at the Manila International Airport. I am a volunteer photographer for Find A Grave, and my intention is to stay and photograph the Clark Cemetery, then go to Labuan, Malaysia to photograph that War Cemetery. I will be returning to the Philippines and may try to photograph the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial. I also have a return flight to the United States in March in 2013.

What is the most economical and least hassle to accomplish my visa requirements?

Also, should I have a car meet me to take me to my hotel in Angeles City, after all he would be a local and know where I will be going to, or use one of the taxis at the airport?

When you arrive here you get a free 21 day visa stamped in your passport. Before the 21 days are up go to ANY Philippine Bureau of Immigration taking your passport, copy of the info page, copy of your arrival date, airplane ticket showing either a return trip date or an ongoing date, about P5,000& a local friend. You can get the visa extended the same day. Youcan also have a travel agent do it for you for a slight fee.
As far as coming in that late at night I would have somebody meet me. The taxis at the airport will charge you $20 or more while the ones out in the street will do it on the meter for about half as much

If you get a taxi at the airport make sure it is certified and you get a price for the journey first. I can`t help you with visas asa you have not given enough info on the dates.
