Bank of America foreclosure homes list?
Hello Y.A community
I need to know if someone can give me a link for BOA list of homes that are foreclosed and available to be purchased by individuals.
i tried typing the house address in the net but nothing came up. I even looked at several realtors web listings and the address is not showing.
if someone knows how can I see if the house I'm interested in is listed for sale by BOA I will appreciate it.
I went to BOA and all I got was a lame " visit Bank of America home page" and I can see nothing there that is indicative of anything I am looking for
the house has a notice over the garage door saying something like a notice of abandoned or something like that. and says to visit a realtor but as I said before nothing is up on this house.
thanks in advance

Call the local real estate agencies... they will know which ones are handling these for BoA

It can take months for a property to be offered for sale after it is foreclosed upon. Some areas of the country post their foreclosures/preforeclosures and bank-owned properties online. Others do not.
My advice is to find a Realtor in your area who specializes in foreclosed properties. Let him or her know that you are interested in this house and ask that he or she work for you as a "buyer's agent". Keep checking back every week or so to let the real estate agent know you are serious. It can save you loads of time and money in the long run.
Quite often the real estate profession has an inside track on houses such as you describe. If you do get to the point of writing a contract and trying to buy the house, the real estate pro can help guide you through the whole "short sale" process.
Be sure to select someone with a good reputation and several years of experience.

BoA will not deal directly with buyers. ALL of their foreclosure properties are handled by local real estate agencies. You can contact a qualified local real estate agent, and ask them to watch when this property hits the market. At that time, you will be able to view the property and make an offer, should you so desire. That the property is 'abandoned' or similar does NOT mean that it is being offered for sale at the given time.

the two financial business enterprise of u.s. isn't the possessing lender, or it has already disposed of the valuables. you could seek all of BoA's foreclosed residences on the provided URL. not something there shows up with the address you provided.
