I'm really freaked out right now?

Ok so this is 100% real and I'm not a troll at all. So a couple weeks ago me and my friend were walking around this one really ghetto neighborhood in Chicago at like 11 o'clock at night and we see this guy in a Michael Myers costume walk through an alley. At first I was freaked out but then I realized it was probably just some kid trying to scare the crap out of people so i just let it go. Last Friday I was standing at the bus stop ( I was the first one there so no one was there at the time) and I'm in a town around 20 minutes away from where I was with the friend in the ghetto. So it's still a little dark out since it was around 6:30 in the morning. I looked over by these trees and saw another guy in a Michael Myers costume just standing there, staring at me. And if you don't believe me I'm really telling the truth. This is when I got a little paranoid. I don't know if this person could be stalking me or something. When I was in school in one of the classes I look out the window and see a guy standing in front of a car just staring into the classroom ( he wasn't wearing a Michael Myers mask). After school I called 911 cause at this point I was really just scared out of my mind. They didn't really give me anything helpful. What could be going on? I'm really freaked out and don't know what to do. Answers will be appreciated
