Do you see caffeine as more of a help or hinder?

Like do you drink coffee/caffeinated pop to stay up or do you find it annoying when you drink sometihng with caffeine and it keeps you up against your will? It really could go either way.

I personally don't like that it keeps you up. Sometimes it's useful, but generally I try to avoid stuff with caffeine unless I'm craving.

Try to pick either or.

Hi, Adam Ant. Are you my friend Geri?

A help in moderation. I have had to drive before while I was getting tired & "needed" the coffee/caffeine. If I drink too much, I'll get the jitters. I don't like to have to use stimulants; especially, since my body has a low tolerance (not use to it) & can make me nauseaus, have jitters, & get dehydrated. =]

I'll have to say "help" because for those rare times that you may really need it, it does work (at least for a jolt to keep awake). =]

Caffein certainly helps me early in the morning when I'm drowsy and can't get up. It does however, keep me up sometimes against my will but as long as I wear myself out before I go off to bed I'm capable of getting a good night sleep.

On early morning before a gruelling six hours of so called 'education' then yes it is help. Only problem is I can only have a sip or two. My mother makes filthy coffee. Tastes like dish water.

Hey! How have you been? :D

Probably, hinder since it is so unhealthy. I like having pop with my dinner when I go out to eat. When I stay at home I prefer milk or water.

Well having a lot of it before sleeping wouldn't really help =/

I drink it simply for the taste.

    Great in moderation.

    Bad if abused.
