Breakfast & Dieting Question?
On a weight loss diet, I understand why breakfast is important. But two questions. One, is it bad if I wait a few hours after waking up to eat breakfast? (My stomach doesn't wake up for a while.) And two, does it matter what breakfast consists of -- protein, carbs, fats, etc.?

As long as you end up with a cal deficit on a diet you will lose weight but I would say carbs is good for a breakfast as they give you energy and you have plenty of time to burn them off

1) naw you can wait, I do my cardio before I put anything but water in my body, it boosts your cardio workout, so no you can wait. Just don't wait till dinner and gorge yourself.
2) it depends what you do after. If you workout you should eat something with a mix of carbs and protein, and then protein after wards. If you're just going to work than eat something with a little fat, and protein and some carbs. Just budget your meals. Good luck.
