vegans what breakfasts do you make that stick with you?
I'm thinking maybe chop up some walnuts in oatmeal for the protein. Do you have any other ideas?

My favorite breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal.
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.
1/2 cup diced apple (any kind you like).
Cook up the oatmeal. Stir in the blueberries and apple. Pour into your favorite breakfast bowl.
Top with Saigon cinnamon to taste.
Add a small handful of raisins. (Figure two calories per raisin.)
Add a teensy-weensy bit of chopped nuts. I use walnuts.
Eat it up.
Yummy!
I have this almost every morning.

I actually got this idea from my Spanish teacher when I was in junior high but she told me to try eating peanut butter (or almond butter) and jam sandwiches if you can find some 100% vegan bread. I would do that or oatmeal every morning and it keeps you full for awhile.

Either Oatmeal (no sugar) with cinnamon and:
pureed banana
apple slices (cooked with oatmeal)
sliced fruit
berries
trail mix of nuts,seeds,and dried fruit
or
Tofu scramble in a tortilla .
Medium-Firm tofu and squish it up
add preferred veggies
saute them up
place in whole wheat tortilla!

every morning I have a glass of unsweetened chocolate almond milk.
then I have either:
oatmeal made w/ water with some banana or berries
or
a bowl of all bran flakes with an apple or another type of fruit

Oatmeal is great! And you can mix so many things with it:
peanut butter, nuts, cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries, really any fruit, honey, etc.

vegan pancakes
