It's still here, just not where you are looking from.
It's being tried out with various random users or IP addresses off-and-on as a beta test.I've had it for weeks now on my computer at home using Internet Explorer, but when I go to Answers from Firefox at home or if I am using my work computer (which also uses IE) then I don't see it.
