There is an option to "display more restore points" when you were given the 3 days or restore points to choose from. If more restore points are not listed after choosing that option and you want to go back to the day you bought it (a fresh install) then you want to choose System Recovery rather than System restore.
This can be done two ways, from the original install disks or from the recovery drive if your computer has a recovery drive created (usually drive D).
Go to Control Panel >Recovery>Advanced Recovery Methods and choose return computer to factory condition.

1 don't listen to what ever the guy with the alienware picture for this pic because just having alienware you no nothing about computers.
You can do a system reformat but that will deleted all your files you have now and it will basically be like you just took it out of the box.

If you mean you want to make your computer EXACTLY like it was when you first bought it, this will mean it will also delete your files, when your computer is starting up, look for something that says "press f4 for more options" or something along those lines. After this, look for something that says "restore options" or "backup". Something similar. After you do this, follow the steps provided and restore your computer. This will make you computer like new. I hope I could help! You have to do this while the computer is starting up by the way.

You have to of actually created a restore point yourself on that date, if you haven't, there's nothing you can do, sorry.
