My car got towed today for the first time, it is a 1984 Mercedes 300D, and I'm worried about damages?
What is the probability that there are damages when it comes to towing, this car is in perfect condition for being thirty years old and I'm so worried.

I currently own four Mercedes ranging from 1985 to 1991. I have owned others also.
Modern tow companies have a printed guide that tells them exactly how to tow any vehicle. The dispatcher looks in the manual to see how to tow that specific vehicle and radios the two truck driver to tell him or her how to tow the vehicle without causing damage.
That said, the most common damage I have seen is when the rear of the vehicle is raised off the ground and the two front wheels remain in contact with the pavement, resulting in the front "air dam" are of the car to drag on the pavement.
That would be almost impossible on a 1984 300D, because there is no air dam.

No matter how "professional" these other guys posting on here seem to think towing companies are, they still will employ the occasional idiot.
Make sure you inspect the car on all sides and the lower body and bumpers too --- before you sign any paperwork or pay the towing company. Take a camera in case there are any issues. You are allowed to retrieve personal items from your car, do the inspection while you are out there.

No chance to speak of. Modern tow trucks are usually either roll back units where the vehicle is put up on the truck and secured, or wheel lift type where only the wheels are touched.

this type of vechle was meant to be towed by a flat bed towtruck if that was the way it was towed it a fifty fity chNCE THAT NOTHING BAD CAN HAPPENED ON THE OTHER HAND IF THEY USED CONVENTIONAL TOW TRUCK THEN YES ITS MORE THEN LIKELY THERE CAN BE SOME SORT OF DAMMAGE THAT CAN RESULT FROM THE TOWWING PROCE4DURE
