What if you loose power when you have power lines underground?
In my friends community there is underground wires. I have above ground wires which in this case makes me loose power a lot more but it takes a short amount of time to get it back say 1 to 2 days. However in my friends community she has underground wires so she is a lot less likely to loose power but when she does how long would it take to restore?

It would sometimes depend on how it could be fixed. Sometimes, it's just like Pokémon. You know, like ground is stronger than electricity. So therefore, if your wires are on the ground, it would really take much time to get electricity back, it might take a week for it to come back.

Depends. It's rarely the underground wires that get damaged, but rather some problem at one of the transformer stations, so that gets fixed within a few hours (usually - at the most).
IF the wires get damaged, then usually because some idiot has taken an excavator to it without checking for underground wires first. But in this case, you already have the hole (and a culprit), so again fixing the problem can be very fast - at least over here.
