What's a surefire way to stop eyeliner from bleeding?

And please don't tell me to get a better eyeliner.

    I Find Liquid And Pencil Liners Seem To Smudge Or Run So I Would Suggest Trying A Pen Eye Liner, They Don't Bleed As Much As Pencil Or Liquid And They Stay On For Longer

    Use marker or pen eyeliners

    Kohl do not bleed

    pencil eyeliners also sit for a reasonable time
