Would you get with your neighbor?

Question

My 2 friends and I just moved into a house. 4 college girls moved in across the street.  The 2 cuter ones are loud drama queens who r very direct when it comes to sex(the first night we got drunk with them my room mate banged the red head.)  But ive been hanging out with the other 2(which r still pretty hot, bodies for sure,  and very chill)   We've gone out to goof off at the river and in town.  Its really nice since i dont have very many friends in this new city.  

They've had a few guys who were strictly friends.  I've never been strictly friends with girls since i was in elementary school.  Will it work if i just see our relationship as friendly neighbors?  What would happen if i banged one of them? Theres a lot of drama with that isnt there?  Like things could go sour after that and id have to deal with them next door for a whole school year. 
 
There r plenty of girls in this college town,  i dont have to get with my neighbors.  I could just drop by every now and then to bs with them. They're ready to go either way though so its half tempting :/ Just looking for a little advice,  thanks!

So don't "bang" one of the chicks across the street just because you think you can.

But yeah it'd be better to just stay friends- or Acquaintances - since it's been a while.lol
You'd have to see them everytime you leave the house. And if anything went negative, it'd be really awkward. 
Even if it's a tiny bit tempting when you guys hang out, remind yourself.

i would only bone one of them if you have feelings. cause since youve been spending time outside as friends, they might misinterpret and think you have feelings for them which can lead to a loss of friendship, an awkward living situation and someone getting hurt.

if you develop feelings or if you are sure they are a no-strings attached kinda girl (not likely) then go for it.
