Does Creatine have negative side effects?
I started doing a lot of working out and have really gotten in shape the past few weeks but I do not have a lot of muscle. I heard that taking creatine aids in muscle growth whilst working out. Does creatine have any negative side effects?

At this time the only reported side effects come from not drinking enough water.
Creatine is not recommended by any dietary, medical, or regulatory organization.
It is heavily recommended by the manufactures, sellers, and paid endorsements.
Muscle mass and frame are genetically driven, not by supplementing.
Creatine causes muscle tissue to retain additional water.
That job should be left to your kidneys.
Should you choose to use creatine be advised that the size increase only lasts as long as you supplement.

It's bad for your kidneys in excess.
