Would I get taxed in two states from my new job?
I live in NYC and is moving to Pennsylvania next week for work. When I filled the forms, I entered my old address which is in NYC so would I get taxed twice?

Do not listen to tro; she is often wrong.
The company withholds tax for the state you WORK in, not the state you live in.
You will have to file Part-Year returns. On the return, you will ente rthe dates of residency. This will help determine the state/locale the income is apportioned to.
Even if you lived in NYC and worked in PA all year, you would file 2 returns. PA requires income tax from those working there and NY expects income tax on all of your income, but you would get credit from NY for tax paid to PA.
