You can either email the user if they allow it in the profile, or IM them if thats allowed. You can also comment on the question next to where it says "Mark as Interesting" and some other stuff under the question/BA. Just keep going to the right until you find it! :D

Yes, if there were only some kind of digital space age mail feature. Or even crazier, some kind of device that could send messages, but instantly. I'm afraid such things are beyond the reach of the human mind.

You can, if the user wants you contacting them, they will have email or messenger open - I think it is good that Y!A gives users the option of being left the hell alone if they choose that.
