Why is Romney dodging the questions?
He looks flustered right now and isn't even answering the question. He was asked whether or not he thinks that there are any regulations that should be repealed and skirted around the question, just saying that some "may go out of date" but not giving any real answer.

Compared to the primaries he is actually doing a lot better than I would have expected.
