How To Link Two Columns in Excel 2010?

My spreadsheet is only two columns, Author and Title. I want to sort the Author column so it is in alphabetical order but I need the titles to be linked to the correct author so they change with the author when it is in A-Z order. I'm hoping someone can answer me asap. Thank You all

Assuming your data is in columns A & B and row 1 has column headings Author and Title,

    1. Highlight columns A & B.

    2. In the Home ribbon, Editing section, click Sort & Filter, and click Custom Sort.

    3. Check "My data has header" if it's not already checked.

    4. Click the down arrow next to Sort By and choose Author. Order is A to Z by default.

    5. Click OK.

Use the Auto-Filter: Move to cell A1 and press Ctrl-Shift L.
