My tragis piercing doesn't seem right?? Freaking Out!?

I recently got my tragis pierce which i have been absolutely loving it!

I was told to wash it with salt water twice a day, and don't change it for 6 months because that was the healing process. I was also told not to twist if for the first couple months because of the tissue that is healing and risk of infections. Everything has been going great except one thing...

Today i noticed the earring was sticking out more than it normally does, so i tried to gently push it back but it wouldn't budge. I felt the inside of my ear where the the back of the earring is, and i think my skin is growing over it. I can't see because its at an awkward angle, and i tried twisting it lightly to see if i could move it and it rotates perfectly fine, but im worried that its the fron part that is only twisting.

I am really scared that my skin has grown over the earring.

What do i do?! someone help me please!
