No. Parking can be for hours. Using the loo takes 3 or 4 minutes max. If the handicapped loo is all that is available and there is no handicapped person there waiting to use it, go for it. Not at all the same. It is not illegal and subject to a fine like parking in handicapped spots are. And also, a lot of places just have one loo and that is set up for handicap or regular.

I think using a handicapped parking spot is worse than using the handicapped toilet. Uuuusually, I can quickly go in and out of the handicap stall, but parking in their spot seems more inconsiderate.
Just hurry up in the stall before you hear the creaking wheels of a wheelchair...

Well personally I wouldn't use their bathrooms anyway because they make me depressed with the change tables and all that but I think it's ok for other people to use them since most of them are rarely used by actual disabled people I mean there's several disabled toilets at my school and only 2 disabled kids out of 1000 so it's not like they'd be waiting long in the off chance they needed to go at the same time.

No. If you can do your business quickly, then no one needs to be inconvenienced. Parking spaces are strictly reserved and typically there is a note stating that there is a fine for others parking there. In the bathroom, it is a place provided for their general use, if such a person is around (no fine is used by others).

Nope: you only tie it up for a minute and you'll know if someone is waiting for it.
