What programme can I use for a booklet that arranges the pages in the correct order for printing?

I need free software that arranges not only the pages but the half-pages in the correct order so that I can print a book and bind it.  I didn't find it on Word, my Works has expired.

Use libre office or Open office. Both are Microsoft compatible software.
