Do i have Stomach ulcer? and how can i know?
i love to eat food with pepper n really love sour things so now adays i feel my chest hurts n i have difficulty in breathing so i have hard time falling a sleep/sleeping.,. bcs of the difficulty in breathing, i try to take a deep breath bt then my chest hurts... and can a person die from ulcer? and how to get rid of it?

It sounds more like a food allergy or ceoliac disease and not an ulcer, don't eat the pepper or sour things and you will be better. No you wont die from an ulcer but if you have an ulcer it could perforate and you would end up in hospital, Good Luck

I don't think you have a stomach ulcer, I think you have heartburn/indigestion. Try using Tums, Rennies, or Gaviscon - an antacid.
