My friend in my league has MJD and is benching him in favor of Cedric benson and Brandon Marshall. He is kind of fed up with his low #'s so I want to try and buy low for him.
What do you think would be a good trade to propose?
I am also open to doing a two for one trade because I want to pick up Hernandez of waivers because he is almost back from injury.(Yeah dumb move to drop him by the guy, i just dont know who to drop)

I don't really understand why your friend would bench MJD for an RB (Benson) averaging 5 pts/game less than MJD. Right now, MJD is a top 10 fantasy RB. It isn't really clear why you want another RB when you have issues at WR with the injuries and excellent depth at RB. Even with MJD in the top 10, you have three RBs currently outscoring him. However, if you really want to do this, you can try something like Gore and Jennings for MJD. He'll probably want more given Jennings' injury, but this can give you a starting point for negotiations.
