Depends what your relationship is to the girl. I think if you dont know her well just let her be sick on her own as otherwise she might feel embarrassed, if you are her boyfriend or partner it's probbaly best to hold her hair and make her feel looked after, as she should appreciate you when shes more sobre for being so caring and loving.
