Rent a movie (a chick flick perhaps?), buy some candy (chocolate), have a friend over, and just chill out. If all of your friends are there, then you could just have some fun by yourself and play a video game or something. Or just let your mom know how badly you want to go and maybe she'll say yes (just do it calmly and reasonably)?
