What is an easy way to redirect eyes on photoshop?

I want to make a few humorous pics for some friends on Facebook, but a few photos require that their eyes are looking else where. Any tricks I could use?

    Not an easy task. First select the iris using elliptical marquee tool then make a duplicate layer of that(ctrl+J). Then use move tool(press V) and move the iris according to you.

    PS By reading you may find it easy but believe me it's not

    There's not an "easy" way to do it. You'll have to dupe the eyes, then move them how you want them, then mask out any unwanted parts.
