We are not. When alive there are so many outside factors that can harm you. Death, Injury, emotions, other animals and people, etc. But to be invincible you would have to not be alive, you would have to be in spirit form.

no. someone could stab you in the arm, and that would hurt pretty bad and cause some damage.
