So its looking like Eddie is ignoring Wellinghams request to go back to WA, thoughts?
So I have read that it's looking more likely for Collingwood to trade Wellingham and Dawes to Melbourne for pick 4, if this was to happen do you think a trade between Melboune and West Coast could happen for Wellingham or will he just have to Stay in Victoria? Wellinghams manager has said that he only wants to go to West Coast.

I still think that, West Coast will give Collingwood Koby Stevens and Pick #17 for Sharrod Wellingham. If i was in their position i'd certainly do it forsure without a doubt.

Like all clubs, Collingwood will be out to extract the best deal they can. Collingwood are entitled to bargain. We don't know if Weagles are giving enough money up to Wellingham but they'd certainly need to give something back to Collingwood. If West Coast cant offer enough then that's their problem but then the other side is that if Wellingham doesn't want to play then he'll probably end up in a draft.
Neither of those players would be worth pick 4 alone, but between them they're probably worth more than pick 4.

If Eddie wants to play hard ball then I suppose both players will have to nominate for the draft, that way the Woods will not receive a cracker for either player.
Eddie never was that good at playing poker.

If it happens, it's because Eddie knows he won't be able to bully us into giving up more than we want to.
Leo, if Stevens was involved, I'd give them nothing more than the 2nd round pick with him. Even then that would be the very max.
