I chewed tobacco for 10 months.?
After 10 months I quit and now I'm concerned about the health risks. Should I be concerned about mouth cancer for chewing during that 10 month period?

Don't worry, there has probably never been a case of chewing tobacco for 10 months and getting cancer. However, I am glad you stopped. Mouth cancer is one of the nastiest diseases you could imagine. Tobacco is not glamorous and it causes more cancer than the tobacco companies let on because they are more concerned about profits than people. Tobacco also cause many different kinds of cancer that can show up in a few years or possibly not until you get into your elderly years. It also cause a lot of nasty lung diseases that can also make you very sick or kill you . Have you ever seen those people pulling those oxygen tanks around with them? You were extremely smart to stop. Try to continue to display that level of intelligence as you go through life.

There's always a bigger risk, but props for quitting (if you did). I had a friend who got it without ever doing tobacco at all. You'll also be a little richer at the end of the week
