Facial cleanser/facial moisturizer for sensitive combination skin?
Ok so I have very sensitive skin that is oily in the t zone and pretty well normal every where else. I also have some adult acne going on. I need to know what would be a good product to get rid of my adult acne and what would be a good moisturizer for my very sensitive skin.
I have tried st Ives collagen Alsatian facial moisturizer and it made my skin even more oily. It turned my face bright red and made me break out more.
I have tried clean n clear, neutrogena, simple, and noxima for my acne. It either doesn't work or it drys my skin to much. I need help please. I want my clear skin back.

Your problem could be hormonal vs contact acne. I had clear skin until 2 years ago. I saw a dermatologist, he told me no cleansers from the drug store would clear my skin. He prescribed me retinol cream and a medication I took for one month and my skin was clear in less than a month and the acne has not returned since. I have been using moisturizers for sensitive skin and I have not found one I liked yet. Aveeno brand is the best I have found over the counter for sensitive skin. You should try a better approach towards skin care. I have found a home made recipe that is going to save you money and it works great for acne skin, prevents wrinkles, and moisturizes better than any product on the market. Yes you would have to make it at home, but at least you know the ingredients that are going into your skin care, it is cheaper by far and your skin will be healthy and glowing. I will list you the website so that you can see the recipe. It will cost you about 40 or 50 bucks to get started, but the ingredients last you for many uses, so in the long run it is very cost effective.

Rodan and Fields has a line called Soothe for sensitive skin and one called Unblemish for acne. It sounds like A combination of the two lines may be very beneficial for your concerns. They have a really neat tool where you can upload a photo and receive a personalized recommendation from the doctors. I have sensitive skin and acne as well and have found the Unblemish line to be perfect for my skin-doesn't irritate it or make it red. For more info and a link to the skin analysis, check out my FB page at Your Best Skin Now or IM or email me for more info. Good Luck!

People with oily skin tend to get acne easily because skin pores are easy to be blocked by oil. The oil stuck deeply inside pores can't be cleaned out by cleansers made of surfactants because surfactants can't get into the clogged pores. Chlorella Gel Cleanser can absorb oil out of pores. It uses green algae to clean out oil, dirt or dead epidermic cells. No chemicals. Don't use too much moisturizers. They can block pores too. Or choose something that don't clog pores.

Here you can get a basic cleanser from any drugstore. Look for a mild, soap-free cleanser that's formulated for your skin type.
