Excel conditional formatting based on multiple conditions?

How can i use the conditional formatting options to format based on multiple requirements?

eg, " person from russia or america, makes over 100,000 a year, and is over the age of 30 "

    In your conditional format choose Formula to Determine the format and write:

    =AND(OR(B2="Russia",B2="America"),

    C2>100000,D2>30)

    Where B2 is the country, C2 is the income and D2 is the age.

    Of course, you can change the countries, income and ages to input cells that have these values

    All on one line, obviously. I ran out of space here.
