what is the best parts for my bike ?

my bike is Trek 7100 , 17.5 / 44.5 and my wight is 75 K.g and i think this bike isn't good for me i want

know what is the

best parts if i replacement it or if i change it in my bike my bike well be good than now . thanks alot about

    that bike is ok for running around but nothing else, its not worth updating parts just sell it and get yourself a new one.

    I have just sold a Boardman HT Pro and got a Specialized S-works FSR Carbon and its amazing

    waste of time and money

    fix if it is broken otherwise sell and get what you want
