My mucles are sore and i need them to feel better!?

Last night i exorcised and ran a mile and stretched a lot and now my leg muscles are really sore. it doesn't usually matter when they are sore but it does now because i have dance class in a couple of hours and i wont be able to do anything. Can someone help me make them feel better? Home remedies?

    Well in a couple of hours you can't do much. But, bananas are known to help reduceDOMS (muscle soreness). It may help. Fight through the pain!!;)

    You need a Sports Pain Relief cream= and there are lots of them.

    The one with the best combination of ingredients is BenGay Ultra.

    Walmart has their own 'equate' brand next to the BGU for half price.

    The Walmart one is $3.89== good stuff, worked on my wrist.

    It works on burns, scrapes, itches, rashes, aches and sprains- quick too.

    If you have a Dollar Tree look at their medical section. They have a jar

    called "Menthol', it should work. Some stores have a roll-on

    called Menthol and it has the same stuff as BGU. Really easy to apply.

    Walgreens drug store has a roll on with best ingredients.

    This is the most disgusting thing you will ever drink but it will fix your legs in 1h mix Turmeric powder with milk close your nose and drink but don't drink anything else for 5 min it will also make your skin healthier and more clear. Good Luck! Reply if it works

    Hi there: have you tried this? Get a hot bath and put some Epsom's salts in the water. This will relax your body muscles. K This will work. You have a fine day

    cold showers will help sooth out the pain

    and next time you do intense workout, take ice baths after or cold shower, it's good for the muscles and prevents them from getting sore the next day

    You sound like you are deydrated and need nitrates. drink water now. then go get some Gatorade to replenish the nitrates.

    Eat/drink loads of protein..... You'll struggle to be ready in hours though!
