Oh wow, there are a lot. If you're looking for something unique, google unique argumenatives otherwise, if you're looking for the usuals;

Abortion, immigration, legalization of pot, birth control + teens, gay marriage, media influence on violence or media influence on kids (such as young girls)

(not so common)--homeschooling, high school atheletes (like how "dangerous they are" why they should or shouldn't play etc??) Graduating high school early (that could be pretty easy!! The pros and cons to it, believe me there are way more cons then pros!!)

If you want a topic that is in the news at the moment, you could consider whether 16 and 17 year olds should be allowed to vote in referenda.
