Obama spent 90 billion toward the environment, exactly what programs, improvements came from the 90 billion?

Green energy is not a bad thing but it's a slow, impractical venture on a large scale like that of an entire country. Windmills don't really create jobs, solar panels cost tons and have very slow results plus the US runs on CRUDE OIL; the byproducts of this make everything from plastic to medications. That's a good question and the answer is they really don't know, all I have heard is that Solyndra wasted 500 million dollars of TAXPAYER money and that the Chinese company that's creating windmills on our soil was also FUNDED.

Like Romney said in the first debate..."90 billion dollars, with that money you could have hired 2 million new teachers"...cue the Obama face pout...

Obama grew the size of government ~ offices, salaries, etc. Then, issuing executive orders, he created regulations that hurt job creation. But Obama's power base are the voters who want 'free' stuff ~ they're stupid folks who don't have a clue or even care about the economy. {if they don't get their welfare checks, they'd riot ~ not find a job}.
