for any page i can get the html source but if its flash how can i get it?

Question

and when its javascript it'd be hard it'd be hard to copy that , its just that i'm trying to build a website and I'm in-need for some templates

You can't do it directly.  For it you have to use some software, here is one software which allows you to download .swf files so you can open them. (You need to have their development kit or whatever adobe calls it check on adboe.com ).
