I'm creating website for educational purposes and require unlimited storage, file submission and password protect features.
Well i have used webs.com but it provides storage of only 40MB. But weebly and ucoz is known to provide unlimited storage and bandwidth.

Well neither UCOZ nor Weebly provides unlimited storage or whatever you are saying.
weebly is better between these two. But there is another site http://www.webs.com/
Which is best in free website building.
Custom domain (yoursite.webs.com) themes, widgets, support and their website builder is the best of all.

1. Spot looks like a Labrador/Shepard mix. The way her ears are stuck up, and the shape of her snout. 2. She looks really adorable, looks like she has a soft coat and I love her ears(: 3. Agility as in an acutual contest? No, probably not because she is kind of short compared to certain dogs. You never know though, she might be the best. From what you described, she seems like she would do pretty good. 4. She might've been abused by a Man, or just had a bad experience with the "Male Species".
