it's all multiplication, so take it piece by piece.

    multiply the constants: 14x7 = 98

    multiply the a's: a^7 x a^2 = a^9

    multiply the b's: b^4 x b^9 = b^13

    multiply the c's: c x c = c^2

    final answer: 98 a^9 b^13 c^2

(notice that when you multiply variables with the same base, you ADD THE EXPONENTS)

    that's it! ;)

    7a^2b^9c* 14a^7b^4c= 98 a^9b^13c^2

    7*14= 98 when you multiply you add exponents 2+7=9 9+4=13 1+1=2
